Protein Packed Gluten Free Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a loaf pan with coconut oil. In a blender, combine 2 cups raw cashews, 5 eggs, 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted), 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon honey, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Blend until combined.
