6-8 oz. hot water

1 tbsp. honey (raw, unfiltered)
Mix together and drink this mixture 1-3 times per day.
I really think that the health benefits of ACV are endless. It promotes weight loss, maintains proper PH level, detoxifies, stimulates circulation, lowers bad cholesterol, maintains healthy blood pressure, reduces heartburn symptoms, helps prevent yeast infections, reduces allergies and congestion, cleanses lymphatic system, helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels, aids in digestion, boosts energy, reduces leg cramps, and may even help to prevent cancer.
There are many other uses as well, for most of these you would probably want to dilute it and test a small area first if applying to body. For these applications you probably won’t need such a high quality ACV. And for some, you can even use white vinegar.
Gargle for bad breath. Add 1 cup to bath for sunburn. Use as aftershave to sooth skin. Use on skin to fade age spots and scars. Apply to cotton ball then apply cotton ball to wart and cover with bandaid and leave on overnight, continue to do it for several days after the wart falls off to prevent it from returning. Apply a mixture of 1 part ACV and 2 parts water to clear acne. Gargle mixture of 1/4 cup ACV and 1/4 cup water for sore throat. Apply to skin to fade bruises. Apply to feet and back to sooth sore muscles. To add shine and help dandruff, make a rinse of 1/2 tbsp ACV and 1 cup of water and apply to hair after shampooing. Make a mixture of 1/2 cup of ACV and 1 cup of water and use it as a household cleaner for windows, mirrors, and more. And I saved the best for last. Pour vinegar into a new, clean spray bottle and use it to clean produce by spritzing, rubbing, then rinsing with water.
