I love shoes! But I don’t think of myself as having a “problem”. I’m not one of those women with a million pairs of shoes. Don’t get me wrong, it’s difficult for me to see cute shoes without buying them but most of the time I talk myself out of it. I try to come up with reasons why it’s not logical to buy them such as “they don’t really match anything in my wardrobe” or “they are so uncomfortable” or “they are just too expensive”, etc. But of course there are those times when I just can’t say “no”. I guess this was one of those times and understandably so. They weren’t very expensive, they aren’t uncomfortable, and they match practically everything. But I guess I realize now that there’s another question I should’ve been asking myself. That is “Do I REALLY NEED them?” I was cleaning out my closet when I came across this pair of shoes, tags still attached. I feel guilty admitting that I didn’t even remember buying them. So, did I really need them? Probably not. Was I excited when I found them? Hell yeah! Am I going to put them into good use? Of course I am! Remember that if there are things in your closet that you really don’t wear, they are only taking up good space and there are women who would love to have them. There are organizations that help women. Let’s donate anything we don’t wear to these women that would!
