1/4 c Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour
1/4 c Almond Flour
1/4 c Coconut Flour
1/4 c Psyllium Husk Powder
1/4 c Sunbutter (or other nut butter)
1/4 c Honey (or maple syrup)
1/2 c unsweetened Applesauce
2 Mashed Bananas
1 Egg (omit or use egg replacer for vegan option)
2 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
Mix all together in bowl. Spoon into an oiled muffin tin. Bake at 375* for about 20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool. Put in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Texture improves after refrigerated. Enjoy for breakfast, snack, or dessert without guilt.
