This is the easiest yet so delicious recipe!
Put thawed chicken thighs on a nonstick baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with seasonings of your choice, depending on what you’re serving them with. I used himalayan pink salt, coarse ground black pepper, granulated garlic powder, granulated onion powder, sage, rosemary, and parsley.
Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour or until they reach 165 degrees. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving or longer in a warm oven.
I served these with my Gluten Free Dressing and Gravy and Baked Sweet Potatoes with vegan “butter” and a drizzle of maple syrup.
