Many of us are concerned about the negative impact of too much salt on our health. But what many of us don’t realize is that Himalayan pink salt is much healthier for us than refined table salt or even sea salt for that matter. Himalayan pink salt contains many trace minerals. And we don’t have to worry about all of the toxins and heavy metals that are in sea salt. It also tastes much better! Be careful, you may become addicted and not want to use any other kind of salt, but that’s good! I like to coarse/rock form and fresh grind it myself. Try it, you’ll love it and you won’t feel guilty because it’s actually very good for you!
