Okay, so it’s not the most figure friendly recipe but when you taste it, you will agree that it’s oh so SEXY!! Simply blend a frozen banana with eggnog. It’s so simple, and the banana adds some health benefits including raising dopamine levels. I used lactose free eggnog. You can substitute a non dairy eggnog to make it vegan. I hope you love it as much as I do!
