Trail mix is whatever you want it to be. It’s a quick snack mix that you can throw together using any kind of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, cereals, chocolate and more. It’s a great way to use up all of those foods you have just a little bit of left in the bag. It can be as simple as sunflower seeds and semi sweet chocolate chips. It’s a healthier alternative to chips or other snack mixes that contain artificial ingredients and a lot of calories.
