Roasted vegetables are so easy, nutritious and delicious! Roasting vegetables allows them to retain flavor and nutrients. Simply lay them onto a healthy nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with fresh cracked sea salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until desired doneness. There options are limitless. You can drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar or squeeze of lemon juice. And you can use any type of seasoning, herbs and spices. Be creative and experiment.
