Roasted Rosemary Potatoes are so delicious and easy to make. Simply place chopped potatoes (I used red potatoes this time but any potatoes will work) on a healthy nonstick baking sheet. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Add minced garlic and chopped fresh rosemary leaves. Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper and Himalayan pink salt. Bake at 400-425 degrees (depending on oven) for about 30 minutes. Keep a close eye on them since ovens vary. Stir with a plastic spatula a few times during the cooking process for even browning. Yummmm!!!
